French Teacher
Location: Medway
Salary: £120 to £250 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2024
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

GSL Education are seeking a passionate French Teacher for a long-term role at a well-respected secondary school in Medway, starting in September 2024. This is an excellent opportunity for a French Teacher who is committed to promoting language learning and cultural understanding among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons that inspire a love for languages.
• Support students in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in French.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their learning journey.
• Participate in the development of the French curriculum and contribute to the school’s language department.
• Encourage students to explore cultural aspects of the French-speaking world through activities and events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, ECT or equivalent will be a plus.
• Proven experience teaching French at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and culture.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
