What's involved?
- Supporting the Head Chef and overseeing kitchen operations.
- Supervising and guiding junior staff.
- Preparing and cooking dishes to high standards.
- Contributing to menu development and innovation.
- Managing inventory and minimizing waste.
- Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Checking dish quality before service.
- Coordinating with other kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Assisting in staff training and problem-solving during service.
