Location: STANWELL (Post code: TW6)
£14.33 P/H PAYE

4 ON 2 OFF SHIFT PATTERN (12 Hour Shifts)
DAY SHIFT AND NIGHT SHIFT - ROTATING ROSTER!
AM Starts (05:00) / PM Starts (17:00) - Flexibility is Mandatory!

We are currently recruiting candidates for the position of team leaders to lead and support professional teams of cabin cleaners. Your responsibilities as a Team leader:

• Ensure the Quality of Cleaning Standards are met and in the given time frame set.
• Ensure that the team is carrying out security checks effectively on their assigned aircraft.
• Act as a Leader and an example to the other team members.
• Attend daily briefings and plannings and provide the information back to the team members
• Responsible for signing equipment in and out.
• Responsible for ensuring absence management processes are effectively managed for cabin cleaners, with those absent effectively reported to Cabin Appearance Managers.
• Effectively manage, coach and mentor aircraft cleaners to meet service level agreements.

About the Team Leader within you:

• You must hold a UK Drivers Licence - Category B
• Always follow Group and company policies and procedures.
• Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system.
• Excellent work ethic
• Flexibility and Professionalism Required!
• Previous Supervisory /Management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Strong attention to detail and vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Flexible availability to work various shift patterns

• Basic UK criminal record check
• An overseas criminal record check will be required for any period of over 6 months in countries outside the UK
• Full 5-year history*

• If the role requires airside access additional checks and security interviews will be conducted
