Night Residential Assistant

We are looking to recruit 2 full time Night Porters to oversee Halls of Residences
Are you dedicated to providing an excellent service? Do you have good customer service skills?
You would be providing a front line reception service for all customer queries both in person and on the telephone ensuring excellent customer care at all times
Dealing with requests for information, fault reports, and complaints
Carrying out opening/locking up procedures, responding to fire alarm activations
Ensuring that the security of all properties is maintained at all times and carrying out regular site checks
Excellent communication to assist guests and delegates
Shift times 17.45 pm to 04.45 am working 4 nights on and 4 nights off rota
You need have:
Ability to prioritise your own workload and work on own initiative with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
Flexible approach to your work
Previously worked night shifts an advantage
