Are you a strong minded and experienced Health and Safety Advisor with experience of inspecting residential House building sites who wants to work for Family owned company with a flat structure and a genuinely supportive boss?

Do you have the gravitas to enforce safety on residential house building site and want a role with definite and proven career progression to Regional Manager who will invest in training, courses and qualifications and take you safety career to the next level?

Our client is a leading Health and Safety consultancy with 16 years experience around the north of London and Hertfordshire and has subsequently evolved into a multi-disciplinary safety Consultancy with many of the UKs biggest residential housebuilders as their clients.

The Role:

• Experienced Health & Safety Advisor with
• Enforce site safety and build relationships through your gravitas and strength of character
• Permanent role
• Some occasional overnights in other UK regions
• Inspect residential house building sites
• 2 visits per day of 2-3 hour duration
• Build relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop H&S culture on multiple sites

The Person:

• Experienced Health and Safety professional with Housebuilding experience
• Strong minded, resilient personality to enforce safety on site
• NEBOSH Qualification
• Valid UK Driving License
