Responsibilities:

Our client, a leading Top 200 UK Law Firm specialising in Commercial Property Law, is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their highly successful team in the South West. With a varied and high-quality caseload advising on all aspects of Commercial Property work, you will play a key role in supporting clients on commercial property matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of commercial property cases, including purchases and sales of commercial property, commercial leases, property development (options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements), and landlord and tenant matters.
• Provide exceptional legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
• Contribute to the firm's growth strategy by actively participating in business development and networking activities.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and results for our clients.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, valuing the contributions of all team members.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor, with a strong track record in handling complex commercial property matters.
• Excellent business development and networking skills, with the ability to contribute to the growth of the firm.
