Are you a Coordinator with a Maintenance Engineering background looking for an exciting new opportunity at an industry leading company that are offering fantastic training, development and career progression into more senior positions?

On offer is a long-term role where you will play a vital role within the company. You will be supporting the day to day running of the contracts department, scheduling planned / reactive coordination tasks and liaising with suppliers / subcontractors to ensure a smooth process every time.

This role would suit an Maintenance or Contracts Coordinator with experience in Irrigation or similar looking for an exciting new opportunity where you can progress and develop your career at a local company that are really making a difference.

The Role:

• Support with the day to day running of the department working closely with the Contracts team
• Scheduling planned and reactive coordination tasks, including sending the weekly schedule of work
• Creating, Updating and sending Health & Safety Documentation
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
• Uploading documents to a Facilities Management Platform

The Person:

• Project / Operations Experience
• Experience in Construction or Manufacturing Industry
