Location: North Lincolnshire (On site)
Salary: £40,000+ (Negotiable) + excellent benefits
We are seeking an experienced Estates Director to lead the management and strategic development of a multi school property portfolio.
Overview:
As a member of the senior leadership team, you will lead the maintenance and cleaning teams of a small multiple academy trust, ensuring that all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant with Health and Safety regulations.
A typical week:
- Lead estate management team across sites
- Ensure sites are safe & adhere to Health & Safety regulations
- Manage estates-related budgets & contracts
- Analyse progress & report to other senior leaders
You'll need the following:
- Experience in estates or facilities management
- Team & budget management experience
- Strong health & safety & risk assessment knowledge
- Excellent relationship building & organisational skills
- Car Driver (essential)
