Please note that this is an on site role with scope for hybrid working outside of term time.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to-
- Supporting the Principal by providing an efficient HR Service to all staff.
- Responsible for the management of payroll.
- Carrying out relevant employee vetting checks.
- New staff inductions.
- Implementing the School's Recruitment process.
- CIPD qualified at a minimum of Level 3.
- Previous experience working within a similar role.
- Highly organised with both excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work to own initiative and develop individuals and teams.
