Civils Estimator (with Rail Experience)
Location: Hatfield (AL10 9EW) – Office-based or Hybrid
Employment Type: Long-Term Opportunity
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Civils Estimator with a background in rail projects. The role can be based full-time from our Hatfield office or offered as a hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Details:
- Salary: £70,000 per year (Permanent) or £450 per day (Limited Company)
- Location: Hatfield Office (AL10 9EW)
- Work Arrangement: Full-time office-based or hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
- Contract: Long-term work
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Civils Estimator within the rail industry
- Skills: Strong understanding of estimating procedures, cost control, and rail project requirements
- Flexibility: Ability to work in either a full-time office-based role or a hybrid work arrangement
