£38,000 to £40,000 depending on experience

Full-Time, Permanent (You need to be flexible across retail hours including weekends)

We have a unique and very exciting and rare opportunity for a Store Manager to join a leading retail store based at the Trafford Centre. If you are currently a retail or hospitality Manager with a background in delivering exceptional customer service and sales for a flagship brand, then we would like to hear from you. 

You will be a natural leader, who likes a challenge and thrives in the dynamic nature of the retail environment.

You will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and engagement and fully understand the commitment required in managing a flagship store. As a Store Manager you will take pride in the appearance of your store and have the tenacity and drive to ensure exceptional customer service and sales happen daily to maintain this store as one of the top of this brands portfolio.  

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 30.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Deliver sales KPI's.
Recruitment and retention of the store staff. 
Overall responsibility of the internal and external store image.
Liaise with the Trafford Centre colleagues and other retailers. 
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory and staff management.

What We're Looking For:
Ability to work at the Trafford Centre. 
Proven experience in a managerial role within a flagship store within the retail sector or an industry with transferable experience. 
Solid sales skills to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
High level of organisation for effective inventory and operational management.
Capacity to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Commitment to creating a positive team environment.
