Junior Architectural Technician

Our client is an award-winning Architectural practice based near Newmarket – they need an intermediate Architectural Technician to join their friendly team in an involved role.
Working across a variety of superb projects covering mostly residential with some education and commercial schemes, the practice have some great projects lined up and underway and it's an exciting time to join them!
To become a part of this growing practice, the ideal individual would have the following skills and experience:
• Technical detailing know how and producing construction details • Experienced in producing drawing packages in line with project deadlines
• Strong timekeeping and organisational skills
• Experience in either BIM Revit or CAD would be highly advantageous
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team
• Good BIM experience would be highly advantageous The successful individuals can expect great long term career opportunities.
