Your Mission:

As a Plasterer, you'll be the key player in our team, working your magic on both vacant and tenanted properties to deliver top-notch responsive maintenance and repairs.

The Path Ahead:

You'll naturally do a good job and this will then unlock the path to permanent employment, starting with a temporary contract lasting approximately three months. Once the contract period ends, the doors to a full-time position with us swing wide open, featuring an annual salary of £29,298.

What's in Your Toolbox?

We're looking for someone with:

• A proven track record in social housing and public-facing roles.
• A full clean driving license.
• An NVQ or an equivalent qualification in Plastering.
• Extra skills are a bonus - think joinery, roofing, painting, basic electrics, and plumbing.

Your Responsibilities:

As our Plasterer, you'll dive into the action. Your drylining skills will be second to none.

We want your trowol to be:

• Tackling reactive maintenance on properties in the area.
• Transforming void and tenanted properties.
• Taking the wheel of your provided company van.
• Harnessing a PDA system for streamlined operations.
