ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a rapidly growing Carpentry and Joinery specialist who have taken the market by storm, having built a diverse client base ranging from leading Super Prime names through to major Developers and Contractors, delivering an array of bespoke joinery and traditional carpentry packages ranging from £1m to £10m in value.

Having built a sustainable business based around quality and efficiency this company have notably ventured into production by recently acquiring a joinery and door manufacturing business, given them that competitive edge by offering a one-stop-shop solution, design, production, and installation.

This company notably have full order books for 2024 and have secured over £15m worth of work for 2025.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to successful tendering in Our client is looking for experienced Project & Site Managers to oversee carpentry and fire door packages ranging from £1m to £3m for both Student accommodation and residential projects in both Manchester & Leeds town centre

  • Site logistics
  • Program management and reporting
  • Client Management
  • Quality Assurance
  • Commercial meetings

Our client supports, develops and understands their employees and offer employee stability through permanent long-term employment and a stable working environment. A competitive salary subject to skill and experience between £50,000  and £75,000 depending on the role

REQUIREMENTS

There’s a requirement for both Project & Site Managers in both Manchester and Leeds. Candidates must come from a carpentry background with knowledge in Fire doors and have a proven background in project management and package delivery

  • Qualifications: - NVQ Level 6 – Construction Management or Gold Supervisor Card
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial resources, and cost control measures
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
