Contracts Manager - Cornwall

Our client, a busy maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee planned maintenance projects on social housing in Cornwall.

Day to day:

• Visiting sites
• Client liaison
• Speaking with Site Supervisors
• Meeting with senior management
• Using schedule of rates

Requirements:

• It's essential you have schedule of rates experience
• Good maintenance experience
• Experience managing all trades.
• Social housing experience would be beneficial.

This is really exciting permanent role for someone to grow their career as a Contracts Manager with a busy and reputable company, salary between £50,000 and £55,000 + van.
