Front Of House - Student Accommodation

Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a friendly and efficient Front Of House person to join our clients student accommodation team on a temporary basis. As first point of contact for students living in the complex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for the residents. This position is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys interacting with people and can handle a variety of tasks.

Key responsibilities for this Front Of House role:
- Greet and welcome students as they enter the complex
- Answer phone calls and assist students with inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Report any maintenance issues to the relevant team
- Assist with ant additional administrative tasks
- Strong verbal communication skills
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Quick thinking to address student concerns
- Temp role until 20.09.2024
- Monday to Friday 11am-4pm
- Hourly rate: £11.44PH
