We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading company in the luxury interior design and construction industry. With over 25 years of experience, our client has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional luxury interiors and complete turnkey operations for prime residential, retail, and commercial environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with notable corporate clients and discerning private individuals, overseeing high-end retail and prime residential projects. Our client also acts as a main contractor, overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing prime residential, high-end retail, hospitality, hotels, and commercial projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and mentoring site staff to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery
• Collaborating with design and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of construction activities with design plans
• Implementing and maintaining strict safety protocols on site to ensure the well-being of all workers and adherence to regulations
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints Overseeing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and workmanship Projects / Sectors
