The ideal Sales Manager / Sales Leader / Sales Operations Manager will be office based near Oxford and can lead a talented sales team specialising in process machinery products including pumps, valves, automation and similar cleaning technologies. They will optimize operational effectiveness and foster strategic partnerships to drive revenue and margin growth in the process industry.

The ideal Sales Manager / Sales Leader / Sales Operations Manager will have a proven track record of success in sales management ideally within mechanical engineering products such as pumps, valves, compressors, filters, heat exchangers, tanks, conveyors, gearboxes, instrumentation, actuators, industrial machinery or similar in the process industry.

Sales Manager / Sales Leader / Sales Operations Manager Role:
 

• Lead and support the Sales Team, specialising in process machinery products including pumps, valves, automation and similar cleaning technologies in achieving revenue and profit targets while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Align sales strategies with company goals and objectives in collaboration with the UK Managing Director.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to offer comprehensive industrial cleaning technology solutions.
• Strengthen the company’s presence in the industrial product sectors by delivering tailored, high-performance solutions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying industrial engineering Technologies' commitment to quality and innovation.
• Liaise with various engineering.

 

Sales Manager / Sales Leader / Sales Operations Manager Requirements:
 

• Sales management within mechanical engineering products such as pumps, valves, compressors, filters, heat exchangers, tanks, conveyors, gearboxes, instrumentation, actuators, industrial machinery etc.
• Proven track record of success in managing sales teams within the mechanical engineering sector, ideally within industries such as process, chemical, food and beverage.

• Experience as a Sales Manager, UK Sales Manager, General Manager, Sales Leader, or similar role within industrial engineering, process engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team who specialise in process machinery products including pumps, valves, automation and similar cleaning technologies towards achieving sales targets.
• A technical degree in mechanical engineering would be beneficial.
