Position: Implement Consultant

Location: Warrington Office - WA5 8WD

Type: Full-Time

Salary: £24,000.00 - £28,000.00 + Benefits

You will be working within the Talos Services Team managing customer delivery for our Talos ATS solutions. You will manage deployments where you will be responsible for client delivery based upon the customer solution and system requirements.

You will be assisting customers’ recruitment needs with the provision of their solution. The provision of the services available as described below.

You will provide exceptional customer service ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives, through the use of our products and services.

Implementation Consultant – Responsibilities

  • Manage customer deployments with a project timeline.
  • Gather functional requirements and configuration information.
  • Supply configuration information to support for Talos ATS system build.
  • Collect design information Careers Page delivery.
  • Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the system with the customer.
  • Train the system to customer users and Trainers for cascade training
  • Advise on project approach and recruitment best practice.
  • Managing project documentation with Salesforce, JIRA and ActiveCollab
  • Dealing with internal and external customers both efficiently and effectively

Implementation Consultant– Desired Skills

  • Ability to use own initiative and be self-sufficient,
