£55,000-£60,000 plus benefits
We are working with a leading consultancy who offer an award winning engineering service from their London office. With a focus on innovation and intelligent design solutions, they take pride in their reputation.
They are currently seeking a talented and focussed senior civil engineer who is keen to take a lead role working on a range of projects for private sector developments.
The successful senior civil engineer will be responsible for:
- Producing designs for a range of projects from small to large nationwide
- Design using SUDS drainage systems, buildups for roads and hard landscaping schemes
- Liaising with relevant statutory authorities
- Attending design and site meetings, carrying out inspections
- Liaising with other colleagues, clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Transport assessments / travel plans, with some junction modelling
The ideal engineer will be experienced in relevant design software such as MicroDrainage, Civils 3D / PDS and AutoCAD.
Requirements:
- Degree in civil engineering
- Experience of Sewers for Adoption
- Experience in the design of roads for Section 38/ 278 works
- Experience in the design of drainage for Section 104, 185 and 106 approval
- Good communication and presentation skills
