Our client, a prominent name in the Building Control sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Building Control Surveyor to join their team in London. The role will primarily focus on supporting residential sites in the Harrow region.

• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations
• Assessing plans, drawings, and specifications for residential projects
• Providing expert advice on building control matters to clients and contractors
• Preparing detailed reports on findings and recommendations
• Ensuring all work meets the latest industry standards and legislative requirements
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success

• Experience in building control and familiarity with residential projects
• Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance processes
• Detailed knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
