Senior Campus Construction Project Manager
Location: Frankfurt
Company Overview:
A leading global Data Centre owner/operator with a strong presence across EMEA, particularly in Western and Central Europe.
Role Overview:
Seeking a Senior Construction Manager based in Frankfurt, responsible for the safe delivery of Data Centre projects across EMEA. This role involves managing teams of internal and external stakeholders to deliver large Hyperscale and Retail Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader with extensive construction experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage professional services and contractor teams, ensuring consistent project delivery.
- Monitor and ensure project performance aligns with Safety, Schedule, Quality, and Cost targets.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, and Commissioning Teams.
- Handle project management tasks, including meetings, controls, and reporting.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with peers across EMEA to improve delivery methods.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in site-based construction management and large capex projects.
- Strong background in Data Centre construction.
- Proficiency in project and commercial management tools.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and managing teams.
- Fluent in German and English.
