Salary - £30,000, OTE £72,500 + Car allowance

Hours – 5-day week - Monday -Thursday 9-7pm (rotated-6pm) Fri-6pm, Sat 9.30am-4pm day off in lieu if Saturday worked.

Our client one of North London’s longest established independently owned estate agencies is looking for a Lettings Manager to join them in their busy Muswell Hill office and hit the ground running. Offering a fantastic commission structure within a friendly and motivated team. You will be required to promote the client in a positive way, be responsive and proactive in your daily tasks. They are ready to give you the tools to succeed within this fantastic agency.

Responsibilities:

• Business generation, canvassing and carrying out valuations to increase instructions and market share.
• Manage and develop your team.
• Set KPI’s and targets for your team.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on viewings and dealing with offers.
• Negotiating offers with landlords and tenants.
• All legal aspects.
