Role Overview: As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in enhancing and managing our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work hand-in-hand with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and efficient. Your expertise will help streamline our operations, automate workflows, and improve the overall performance and security of our applications.

Your background:

• Should have been part of at least 2 or more large scale cloud/container application rollouts, preferably w/ a vendor core banking solution.
• Strong expertise in onboarding a vendor pre-packaged containerized application product onto OpenShift/Kubernetes platform.
• Deep knowledge of OpenShift templates, buildconfigs, deploymentconfigs, services, routes, configmaps, Service Mesh.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, Apache Tomcat, Redis, RabbitMQ, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong Hands-on experience of CI/CD processes/methodologies and DevSecOps toolsets.
• Extensive Unix/Linux experience w/ a good grasp on Bash or any shell scripting / Python scripting.
• Good understanding of version control and continuous integration best practices.
