Think FE are proudly working with a leading college in Northamptonshire. who is seeking a dedicated Personal Development & Enrichment Lead to join their Student Experience team.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with an annual salary of £27,370 - £29,979, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Personal Development and Enrichment programmes, ensuring a high standard of delivery across the college.
  • Provide pastoral support, delivering engaging group sessions focused on personal development, behaviour, welfare, and work-readiness.
  • Support teaching staff with pastoral, welfare, and behavioural issues, including safeguarding and disciplinary matters.
  • Organise and mentor new Personal Development staff and contribute to their ongoing professional development.
  • Oversee cross-college enrichment activities, promoting a student-led approach to extra-curricular engagement.
  • Deputise for the Student Experience Manager when required.
