Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Redbridge

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school community in Redbridge. Starting in September 2024, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEN in the classroom and during extracurricular activities.
- Work closely with teachers to implement individualized learning plans.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
- Promote a positive and inclusive educational environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an SEN support role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of different students.
- Relevant SEN qualifications (preferred).
