Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Havering

Job Description:
A well-respected primary school in Havering is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team from September 2024. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting children with special educational needs and a collaborative approach to education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, both in and out of the classroom.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of effective learning activities.
- Work with the SENCO to monitor student progress and adapt support as needed.
- Encourage an inclusive and supportive school culture.
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN students.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Patience, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
- Relevant training or qualifications in SEN (advantageous).
