Receptionist

We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join us at Honeywell, in Eastbrook, Cambridge, where you will be responsible for reception duties, meeting and greeting, logging calls through our helpdesk, and administrative support for staff and visitors to include meeting room support. 

This role will be 100% onsite in Eastbrook, and working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm / 10am – 6pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the facilities and front of house function for the Cambridge office, supporting in the operation of contracts across offices, dealing with supplier purchase requisitions
  • You will maintain the Office Administration handbook and ensure compliance with office procedures
  • You will be involved in all aspects of building defects by logging generating calls with the technical teams to include office refurbishment, maintenance, and projects.
  • To act (along with Security) as first point of contact for new starters including induction, access control, and any general enquiries.
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records, and databases for financial and legal information

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A passion for customer service with the ability to handle queries in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
  • Front of house / reception experience is required, and experience of facilities management is desirable
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Organised and able to use initiative to manage priorities
