This is an opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor with strong residential experience to establish a new Northern office for this established Building Surveying practice. Leveraging an existing client base and developing this to grow a team, this role will progress through all levels, to Associate, then Director with an opportunity for equity.

Person Specification:

  • MRICS qualified – Chartered Building Surveyor
  • You will have proven experience in the residential sector
  • You will be highly motivated with the desire to be involved in all areas of the business including team management and business development
  • Located on the M62 Corridor

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work will typically cover a broad range of project and professional work, split 50/50.

  • Building Surveys
  • Contract Administration
  • Project coordination of refurbishment schemes
  • Party Wall Surveying
  • Building Pathology Reports (Defect Reports)
  • Reinstatement Cost Assessments
  • Capital Expenditure Plans
  • Specification writing

Salary & Package:

Package of £50,000 – £65,000 dependent on experience.
