About the role - Early Years Practitioner - Barking and Dagenham
- Upholding high standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Designing fun and educational activities for the children in their car
- Tracking and documenting the children's progress to share with parents and other caregivers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with parents and caregivers to support the children's daily learning and care
- Supporting the Nursery teacher with teaching children their fundamentals
- Providing the best care to support students with their transition when leaving the nursery
- Follow all policies and safeguarding procedures
Desired Early Years Practitioner:
- EYFS understanding
- An understanding of children's learning through play and the ability to contribute and work as a member of a strong team.
- Effectively communicate
- Go od written skills
- Maintain a calm level of professionalism at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathic and natured individual
- Level 3 Childcare along with relevant experience
- SEN experience desirable
