Are you an experienced Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager looking to lead high-profile, multi-million-pound projects? Join our dynamic team at a leading M&E contractor based in Telford. We specialize in delivering prestigious projects across the Midlands, including high-end residential developments, luxury hotels, and state-of-the-art student accommodation. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of these complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the mechanical contracts for large-scale projects, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead the project lifecycle from inception through to completion, including planning, resource allocation, and financial management.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular site visits, and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager, with a strong background in managing multi-million-pound projects, particularly in high-end residential, hotel, or student accommodation sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and installation practices, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to manage and motivate large teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
