Job Title: Billable Works Service Manager
Location: RAF Cosford (also covering MoD Stafford)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance

Job Description

The Billable Works Service Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard, while supporting site stakeholders and managing the Supply Chain to consistently meet performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site activities, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with JSP 375 and oversee Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Manage the effective, compliant, and timely delivery of new works and small projects according to statutory legislation and MoD requirements
• Review and ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements meet acceptable standards, and act as Method Statement Coordinator when required.
• Assist in the development and submission of new work requirements.
• Monitor and manage Supply Chain teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
• Record tasks in the CAFM system and maintain accurate documentation.
• Review site risk registers and notify management of any equipment or system defects.

Requirements:

• Experience in project delivery within Facilities Management or Construction.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications.
• Experience managing teams and subcontractors.
• SMSTS certification is desirable.
• Full UK driving license and ability to pass SC Clearance.
