Overview:
My client are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team, focusing primarily on retail projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail site management, with an emphasis on health & safety, team management, and effective communication with clients. This role is critical in ensuring projects meet time and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage retail construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to on site.
Manage and coordinate a team of 5-10 staff, depending on project requirements.
Drive the successful completion of projects, with a typical duration of 3 to 12 weeks.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in retail site management, preferably in a non-working supervisory role.
Strong understanding of health & safety protocols.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Retail construction experience is essential; experience with Waitrose is beneficial but not required.
A trade background is not necessary but may be advantageous.

Working Hours:
12 days on, 2 days off
12 hours per day
