Specialising in bespoke housing solutions, this consultancy supports individuals with unique accommodation needs, offering a dynamic caseload and opportunities to make a real impact.

Why Join?
This is a role where independence meets collaboration. The company fosters a supportive culture, trusting team members to take ownership of their work without micromanagement. You'll thrive in a friendly, informal environment where innovation and hard work are valued, and success is driven by delivering exceptional results for clients.

The Occupational Therapist Role
The Occupational Therapist will assess how environments affect clients' occupational performance and identify tailored housing solutions-whether temporary rental accommodations or long-term homes with lifetime potential. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting client consultations to determine accommodation needs and search criteria

  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Be creative in problem-solving and confident in making recommendations
  • Hold a clean driving license with access to their own vehicle
  • Be registered with the HCPC and have an enhanced DBS check

In Return?

  • Competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
  • Flexible working hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)
  • Travel expenses
  • Hybrid working options
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Annual pay reviews and potential bonus (discretionary)
  • On-site parking and excellent transport links
