Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Collection and Delivery Worker to join our team for an ongoing role of at least 8 weeks, with potential for extension. This position involves working any day between Monday and Saturday, with shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 18:00. Flexibility is a must, including the ability to work on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan Delivery Routes: Start your day by planning the most efficient delivery route.
  • Conduct Safety Checks: Perform safety checks on the delivery vehicle before starting your route.
  • Deliver and Collect Parcels: Safely and efficiently deliver and collect parcels to and from households and businesses.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and positive customer service during all deliveries and collections.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility: Must be available to work on any day between Monday and Saturday, including Saturdays.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
  • Driving License: Must hold a valid Category B driving license (ideally clean, with no more than 6 points) 
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept IN/DD/DR/CD endorsement
  • Friendly and Positive Attitude: Excellent customer service skills and a positive demeanour are essential.
