About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Carers to join our team in North Somerset. As a Domiciliary Carer, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).

• Supporting with meal preparation and feeding.

• Administering medication as prescribed.

• Providing companionship and emotional support.

• Assisting with mobility and physical exercises.

• Light household duties, including cleaning and laundry.

• Escorting clients to appointments and social activities.

• Documenting care provided and reporting any concerns to the care coordinator.

Requirements:

• Genuine passion for caring for others.

• Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential (full training provided).

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.

• DBS check (paid for by the employer).
