As a Cleansing Operative, you will directly impact the local community, helping to create a positive impression on residents and visitors alike. Clean and well-maintained streets foster a sense of local pride and contribute to a higher standard of living making the beautiful city of Bath more attractive and inviting. 

The Job
After a training induction that must be attended prior to starting the job, you’ll be working as part of a three-person team and will be responsible for cleaning up streets and public spaces across the Banes region.

This is a varied role that will see you busy for a 2-month period with the possibility of the contract being ongoing for those who show off a tireless work ethic!

•Weeding.
•Using machinery.
•Lifting and carrying items from one location to the other.
•Manual and physical work.

Key Requirements:
•This is a physically demanding position, therefore, you must be fit and healthy without any previous injuries.
•Punctual and positive.
•A driving license is desirable as your team will be required to drive to multiple sites across Bath.

Hours
7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Thursday.
7.30am to 3.00pm, Fridays.
Please note, the successful candidate will be required to work one Saturday and one Sunday per month.
