Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a full-time one-to-one support role at a vibrant Primary School in Prescot, Liverpool. This position is ideal for a compassionate and experienced professional who is passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs.

Position: Level 2 Teaching Assistant
Location: Primary School in Prescot, Knowsley
Contract: Full Academic Year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored one-to-one support to a child with additional learning needs.
• Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the child's academic and social development.
• Monitor and report on the child's progress and well-being.

Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting children with additional learning needs.
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children.
