A new opportunity has been created to join a national healthcare business in a key role to manage and develop partnerships and key stakeholder relationships within one of their flagship services. 

You will be an excellent communicator, able to quickly grasp complex concepts and build long lasting, productive relationships with a range of partners. 

This will be a varied, challenging and highly rewarding opportunity. Every day will be different, and you will be able to switch from working with & developing team members, managing events, meeting & reporting to commissioners, to working with senior management on strategic projects. 

You will lead a team of partnerships officers and also volunteers and play a crucial role in the ongoing development and success of this pioneering community public health programme. You will engage with a wide range of key stakeholders from various areas including local authorities, primary care, secondary care, the ICB and the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector. 

Your relationship-building abilities will ensure maximum referrals into the service, and creation of new referral pathways, and you will also develop a strategy for ongoing engagement activities for further service promotion.
