We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our dynamic HR division  
  • Competitive Salary 
  • Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00

Please note: This role will be supporting branches across the UK, travel will be required.

As our People Business Partner, you will be someone that thrives on challenges and is passionate about aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will need to be a strategic thinker, a proactive problem-solver and a people-first leader. 
 
Our People Business Partner work closely with the branch network business managers and wider teams to build effective capabilities, plan and manage talent, and develop approaches resulting in the delivery of high performance and effectiveness. You will need to be a natural change champions, facilitating and driving the business transformation, and a role modelling for our people first culture and values. 
 
Ideally you will be an experienced People Business Partner  and hold a CIPD level 5 or above or Equivalent or solid working experience . Be data led & analytical thinker alongside a strong relationship builder in both internal and 3rd party partnerships. 
 
People Business Partner : The Role  
  • Work with the Senior leaders to advise and lead across all areas of HR from policy and process to employee relations, talent acquisition, coaching and development. 
  • Supporting the business in driving and managing change (to leaders, role structures, new ways of working, use of new skills etc.) effectively, using change management tools and processes to ensure that teams continue to operate effectively.
  • Coching partners and managers and being their trusted advisors, not just on people issues but on business decisions and direction.  
  • Provide quality HR expertise and advice to different teams through proactive, innovative and solutions-focused business partnering.
  • Be approachable and provide support to staff and managers during change initiatives as well as during business as usual (performance reviews, recruitment, training etc.). 
  • Contribute to reward decisions effectively, ensuring compliance with the market factors, fairness and consistency of decision making. 
  • Influencing and being part of project teams delivering business strategies and initiatives. 
  • Systems, Data and Reporting of KPI’s.  
  • Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements, through HR data analysis, to enable fact-based decision making, to agreed formats and timescales.
