Resident Services Associate – Manchester - £25,000pa  

One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Resident Services Leasing Associate to join one of the UK’s largest listed residential landlord and market leader in the private rented sector. This company builds, develops and operates high quality rental homes across the UK, while changing the way people rent in the UK. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interaction with residents while building a good relationship with residents and customers to ensure they feel welcome and safe. 
  • Conducting customer viewings and tours where required. 
  • Conducting pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areas.
  • Managing defects, repairs and warrantee issues through to completion. 
  • Logging receipt and collection of customer parcels. 
  • Conducting building security and resident administration in line with GDPR. 
  • Conducting right to rent checks, processing tenancy termination notices, producing system reports and processing invoices. 

You will need the following skill set/attributes:

  • Understanding of Health and Safety requirements on site and an ability to implement Health and Safety on site. 
  • Continuously strive to improve knowledge, skills and abilities to produce the best results. 
  • Behave in a professional and courteous manner towards residents and colleagues. 
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative while conveying a positive attitude. 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
