Quality Manager - outstanding career opportunity working in a really novel category.
As Quality Manager you will lead the quality function for this growing food manufacturing business with a twist.
You will lead the QA team to ensure technical excellence for a business that markets itself on being at the top end with premium ingredients.
Culturally this food business is proud of its strong values, and it will offer you a strong sense of belonging whist embracing its diverse and inclusive workforce to enhance team working.
You will need to have experienced working in a fats moving food manufacturing environment and all that entails, but don't worry you won't face as many external audits here as you might do elsewhere.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in quality management in Food Manufacturing.
- Up to date knowledge of QMS
- Haccp Level 3
- Good relationship builder to engage and lead your team and foster positive relations with operations
