Our client is looking for a someone to join their team on a temporary basis, initially until 31st October 2024.

The Main Purpose of the Call Handler is:

The purpose of this role is to answer all calls using a strength-based approach and help provide high-quality, clear, and concise information. You will deal with sensitive information and you will be confident in handling difficult conversations with professionals and the public.

The Call Handler Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

·You will be responsible for answering calls using a strength-based approach, always ensure you ask the appropriate questions

· Ensuring that the practitioners receive high-quality, clear, and concise information from the outset

· Inputting sensitive information on to the system during calls

· All related administration including reports

· Other support task as required

The Perfect Call Handler will be:

· A team player who understands the importance of their role

· Capable of following a strength-based approach to gather high-quality, relevant information

· Confident in handling difficult conversations with professionals and the public, with support available to help you grow in this area

· Calm and able to work under pressure, with the clear support and guidance of the team
