The Role:

  • Deliver 2nd line technical support to a diverse user base, covering technologies such as Windows Server, Windows OS, Office 365, Exchange, and Azure.
  • Offer technical expertise in network connectivity, encompassing DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP, switches, and routers.
  • Execute administrative tasks within the Office 365 admin portals, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Contribute to mobile device rollouts utilizing Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues, spanning laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Provide deskside/onsite support.
  • Contribute actively to a variety of projects.

Required Technical Experience:

  • Proficiency in Office 365 & Exchange.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows OS and Server.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, including Windows Virtual Desktop, Hyper-V, and VMWare.
  • Strong command of Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Expertise in Azure Active Directory.
  • Competence in hardware troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of backup solutions.
  • Robust networking skills covering DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP.
  • Familiarity with antivirus software.
  • Advanced skills in Windows OS, Mac OSX, and Microsoft Office.
