We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of Repairs Team Leader. Reporting to the Repairs Manager you will manage a team of operatives to deliver a customer first approach to responsive and empty homes repairs. You will embed a culture that is high performance ensuring quality and a focus on ‘fix first time’ 

Working in a geographical area you will ensure that all works meet the One Manchester Homes Standard. 

What we’re looking for: 

  • HNC level in a construction related discipline or equivalent through training / experience; 

  • Holds the IOSH Managing Safely Certificate (or equivalent) or will work towards; 

  • Experience of managing and leading a property maintenance service, with the ability to lead, motivate and influence a diverse and mobile workforce, creating a high performance culture; 

  • Operational experience including people, contractors and projects; 

  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment, with a proven ability of delivering a high standard of customer service and care; 

  • Ability to set and manage complex budgets and analyse and interpret data; 

  • Proven track record of successful partnership working with both internal and external stakeholders; 

  • Passionate, driven and Flexible in approach 

Due to the nature of the role a full driving license is required and a DBS will be required.
