We are looking for a Painter and Decorator to deliver high-quality reactive repairs and refurbishment work within social housing properties in Bristol. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive pay rate of £22-£23 per hour.
Painter and Decorator Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating work, including preparation, emulsion, glossing, wallpapering, and surface repairs.
- Attend and resolve various decoration requests in occupied properties, ensuring efficient and tidy service.
- Refurbish void properties, preparing them to a high standard for new tenants.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed, such as minor plastering and filling.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Experience in painting and decorating within the social housing sector.
- You must have your own tools and a reliable van.
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) are preferred.
- Full clean UK driving license.
- Secure, ongoing work.
- £22-£23 per hour, with the potential for additional hours.
