The role will see the candidate supervising a team of engineers as well monitoring team performance to ensure it is as efficient and effective as possible. Quality assurance and collaborating with other engineering supervisors will also be a part of your role. And you will be tasked with using your knowledge of the industry to help provide technical support to your team to help ensure the team operates at the highest standards when dealing with installation of fire and security systems.

the ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a team in the fire and security industry, but it can also be used as a progression opportunity for the right candidate with enough experience.
