Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to join an established M&E Subcontractor working on high-rise residential projects? This is a great opportunity to join an established, family-run company with great stability of work.

The company is family-run and is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their friendly, collaborative team after winning another framework with one of their key clients in Birmingham. Long-term, you'll benefit from stability and security of work as part of a firm that looks after its staff and subbies alike.

Your role as a Mechanical Project Manager will include:

* General project management duties
* Managing the full MEP package on high-rise residential projects
* Site-based in Birmingham

The successful Mechanical Project Manager will need:

* Experience in Building Services, mechanically biased
* Experience in the project management of residential construction
* Commutable to Birmingham
* Full UK working rights
