Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a local, independent wholesale business in the recruitment of Part time Payroll Manager.

As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll process within the organisation. You will ensure accurate and timely payment of wages to employees while adhering to all relevant regulations and internal policies.

Duties
- Utilise accounting software to process payroll accurately and efficiently for up to 150 staff members.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to payroll information
- Familiarity with payroll Sage Payroll for payroll management
- Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies or issues
- Manage accounts payable processes related to payroll

Experience
- Proven experience in a payroll management role
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing
- Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders

This role is a Part time vacancy, for around 16 hours per week on a pro rata salary of up to £35,000.
