Exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a Property Services company!
£50k - £54k + car allowance
West London Based

The Role:
We are looking for an experience Site Manager to work with a privately owned Property Services company. You will be working on Notting Hill Genesis contractor overseeing the Kitchen and Bathrooms based in West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen and bathroom renovation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople on site.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Maintain health and safety compliance on all sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing kitchen and bathroom projects.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- CSCS card and SMSTS certification preferred.
- Has a driving licenses and own car
